  Normaly we ask clients who are looking for new investment properties to pay us a fee of the purchase amount of the property on a "no cure no pay" based agreement. Because we have searching clients who pay us, we get many Real Estate objects for sale offered by the owners or other Real Estate brokers. The fee we will ask will be agreed by our clients in the beginning of the project. The amount of the fee dependends on the purchase ammount of the Real Estate objects
• Selling Real Estate Objects with mandate of the owner
  When owners of Real Estate wants to sell their properties, we make a mandate agreement with these owners. When we have a buyer who pays the fee, the seller does not have to pay to us. When we have contacts with another real estate agents, who has a client, in can be that we will ask a little fee amount.
• Act as a advisor
  When someone needs advice about their Real Estate property or Real Estate portfolio we give them a tailor made and written advice. For this we normally ask a fee of € 75,00 for each hour we have made on this advice.
